Crosstex Mini Spore Ampules are Self-Contained Biological Indicators for monitoring steam processes consisting of a hermetically sealed glass ampule which contains modified Trypticase® Soy Broth (TSB) with a pH indicator and Geobacillus stearothermophilus with a population level of 104.
