Whitley A45 Workstation
A 3-port workstation with convenient access to the entire incubation area.
The A45 Workstation, like our other anaerobic workstations, enables the processing, incubation and examination of samples without exposure to atmospheric oxygen. This workstation has three ports for convenient user access to the entire incubation and working areas. The ports can be configured as:
- 3 x Instant Access Ports (fixed front).
- 3 x conventional oval, sleeved ports (fixed front).
- 3 x conventional oval, sleeved ports (removable front).
- 1 x Instant Access Port on the left and
2 x Instant Access Ports as part of a removable front on the right.
- 1 x Instant Access Port on the left and
2 x oval, sleeved ports as part of a removable front on the right.
This workstation accommodates up to 780 x 90mm Petri dishes whilst still providing a generous working area. Options include an integrated anaerobic conditions and catalyst monitoring system with data download facility.
The A45 is available as an A45 HEPA, fitted with 3 x oval ports and the unique Whitley Internal HEPA Filtration System. All the atmosphere passes through the filter hundreds of times an hour, which ensures the chamber environment is cleaned quickly.
The A45 and A45 HEPA can also be purchased as 3-gas systems (TG), which run from separate cylinders of nitrogen, hydrogen and carbon dioxide. This version is particularly interesting if you need to reduce costs to a minimum so, please ask about the Whitley A45TG Workstation. All 3-gas systems are fitted with 3 x oval, sleeved ports.
Sample manipulation within a secure anaerobic environment is now as easy as working aerobically at the laboratory bench.
