CONTEXT:

This peptone is produced from defatted soy flour and secure in its non-GMO origins through « Identity Preserved » status. It is characterized by a balanced level of amino acids and total sugars that favor rapid growth of a multitude of microorganisms. Associated often with a casein peptone in bacterial culture media. This product is certified Kosher DE.

APPLICATION:

By virtue of its physical and chemical composition, this is a peptone of choice in the formulation of dehydrated culture media as in Casein-Soy broth. Its characteristics favor use in culture media where the need for compatibility and homogeneity with other ingredients is critical.
