A certified non-animal peptone, Wheat peptone use microbial enzymes in its production. It remains unconcerned by issues but is considered a mandatory declared allergen according to EU and other directives due to the presence of wheat gluten. Wheat peptone is Kosher DE certified.

APPLICATION:

Dominated by lower molecular weight peptides, Wheat peptone finds applications in culture media and in fermentation where it is very clear and stable in solution.
